Products & Materials
What are your products made from?+
Each collection has its own material. Our ANCIENT® pieces are printed on washable kraft paper: lightweight, water- and scratch-resistant. The Paper Made line uses Tyvek® (DuPont paper): breathable, water-resistant and recyclable. Other styles use premium PU and coated canvas.
Are the artworks original?+
Yes. Every design begins with original illustration, including our ANCIENT® Egyptian and Greek art and our Chimoz Hong Kong character collaborations.
Are they durable and water-resistant?+
Our kraft paper and Tyvek® materials are water-resistant and tough enough for everyday use. They wipe clean and hold up well over time.
How do I care for my item?+
Wipe gently with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged soaking.
Ordering & Gifts
How do I place an order?+
Browse the collection and select “Enquire Now” on any product, or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability and help you order. A full online checkout is on the way.
Do these make good gifts?+
Absolutely. Our art-print wallets, pouches and pencil cases are popular gifts. Just mention gift packaging in your inquiry and we'll help.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently provide online delivery throughout Hong Kong. Customers outside Hong Kong can contact us before ordering for an international delivery quotation, including the available service, cost, duties, taxes, and delivery terms.
How long will delivery take?+
It depends on your location and the order. We'll give you a clear timeframe when you place your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
Wholesale & OEM / ODM
Do you offer wholesale or custom manufacturing?+
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing and full OEM/ODM manufacturing. See our Wholesale page to learn more or request a quote.
What is the minimum order?+
We keep minimums flexible for retailers and partners. Tell us what you need on the Wholesale page and we'll advise.
Can I put my own brand or artwork on your products?+
Yes, that's our OEM/ODM service. Bring your own artwork, logo or product idea and we'll handle sampling and production end-to-end.
