What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
We keep minimums flexible: our standard wholesale entry is around 100 units per design, with better per-unit pricing as volumes grow. Tell us what you need and we'll advise.
Can I order samples before a bulk order?+
Yes, we recommend it. Request a sample set in your inquiry and we'll arrange it, so you can check quality and finish first-hand.
What are your lead times?+
Lead times depend on quantity and any customization. We'll confirm a clear production and shipping timeline together with your quote.
Do you offer custom branding (OEM / ODM)?+
Absolutely. Bring your own artwork, logo or product idea and we'll handle design support, sampling and full production end-to-end.
What about payment terms?+
We'll share terms with your quote: typically a deposit to begin production and the balance before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we export worldwide from our Hong Kong studio, and we'll quote shipping to your location.
