1. About us and these terms
Sannic Lifestyle is the trading brand of Sannic International Limited. These terms cover use of sanniclifestyle.com and retail orders accepted by us. Contact info@sanniclifestyle.com for questions or order support. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract and authorised to use the payment method you provide.
2. Products and availability
Please check the product description, dimensions, material, selected colour or variant, quantity, and price before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear, but this does not excuse goods that are materially different from their description. Availability can change. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and refund any payment for it; we will not substitute another product without your agreement.
3. Prices, currency and payment
Retail prices are stated in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Approximate USD prices are for reference. Review the final amount, currency, delivery charge, and any taxes shown on your checkout or written quotation before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or cross-border fees. Where Stripe offers a currency choice, the amount and currency you select on its payment page apply. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page. An enquiry or quotation request is not a payment or confirmed order.
4. Order confirmation and errors
A payment receipt confirms payment; it does not by itself confirm dispatch. We accept your order when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Before acceptance, we may decline an order for unavailable stock, an unsupported delivery destination, a payment problem, or a genuine pricing error. We will explain the issue and refund payments for any order we cannot accept. A corrected price requires your agreement; we will not charge extra automatically. These terms do not give us a general right to cancel an accepted order or remove your legal remedies.
5. International delivery and customs
We welcome international enquiries. Available destinations and services depend on the product, courier, and import requirements. Use the destinations available at checkout, or contact us before ordering for a written international delivery quotation. An international enquiry does not guarantee delivery to every country. We will confirm freight and estimated timing before you agree to the order.
For cross-border orders, the quotation will state whether import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are included or payable by the recipient. Where the exact amount is not known, we will explain that additional charges may apply before you order. Customs or local authorities may cause delays. We do not undervalue parcels or misdescribe commercial goods as gifts. Any return or failed-delivery charges must follow the agreed terms and applicable law.
6. Delivery and responsibility
Provide an accurate address, email, and contactable mobile number. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed, and your rights if delivery is late remain protected. We remain responsible for goods in transit until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier independently appointed by you. Contact us about missing or damaged parcels so we can investigate with the courier.
7. Returns, cancellations and consumer rights
Our Shipping & Returns Policy explains eligible return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery and change-of-mind requests within 2 calendar days. These are our voluntary store terms, not limits on statutory rights. Where applicable law grants a longer cancellation period, a different refund deadline, a legal guarantee, or other mandatory protection, that law takes priority over these terms and our return policy. This includes applicable cooling-off rights for international consumers. Packaging conditions, final-sale labels, and custom-order exclusions do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Wholesale and custom orders
Wholesale and OEM/ODM orders require a written quotation or agreement covering specifications, sample approval, quantities, deposits, production timing, delivery, and cancellation terms. Agreed commercial terms take priority for that order where lawful. A product is not automatically exempt from mandatory consumer rights simply because it is made after an order is placed.
9. Website use and intellectual property
Our artwork, photographs, branding, text, and designs belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may view and share public product links for personal use. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission unless permitted by law. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its security, or attempt to access another customer’s or private administration data.
10. Liability and events beyond our control
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care. For retail consumer purchases, we do not accept liability for business losses unrelated to personal use, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. If an event beyond our reasonable control disrupts an order, we will inform you and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect; this does not remove any applicable cancellation or refund rights.
11. Governing law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. This choice does not prevent you from using courts, regulators, or consumer remedies available to you under mandatory local law. 12. Updates and related policies
The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. Later updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce agreed rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue where lawful. Translations are provided for convenience; any interpretation must preserve mandatory consumer rights.
